I was referred from my surgery in Shelley Road to Selden Rd Surgery 12/15/16 at 16.50 went for an arranged appointment for 17.20 - I was seen soon after by a Doctor. I had a very bad cough, Doctor checked me thoroughly and said it was Bronchitis and prescribed Amoxolin for 7 days I was pleased to get a quick appointment and diagnosis rather than the problem persisting. Now 16th - slight improvement, I will contact my own surgery for re-evaluation if necessary. Selden Road Surgery not on web-site.

I called my doctors surgery at 8:30am to try to get an appointment. They didnt have any available but did offer me one at 10:10 at the MIAMI clinic. On arrival i was greeted and directed by a very helpful receptionist. No sooner had my backside hit the waiting room chair i was called in to see the doctor. Within 5 minutes i was in and out with my prescription!! Fantastic service, was very impressed!! Had never heard of it before but would highly recommend to anybody!

I contacted my surgery at 2 pm was call back by a doctor at 3 pm offered an appointment at 3.40pm and seen within 2 minuets of arrival.

I had to visit the Durrington Health Service to visit the MIAMI clinc, the MIAMI clinic was a very positive experience, however the Receptionist I dealt with on my arrival at the Durrington Health Centre was rude and unhelpful, it was my first visit to the health centre and the MIAMI clinc therefore I wasn't sure of the process, when I asked how it worked spoke to me in a terrible manner. A very rude unhelpful receptionist who seem incapable of answering the simplest of questions.
